Our CSA Season is OPEN for registration!
We offer a weekly delivery of fresh, organic produce from our family-owned farm in Berks County, PA.
CSA members choose the amount of produce they’d like to receive each week and pick their shares up at a central location in their area. A one-time investment gets you an entire season’s worth of vegetables.

CSA Payments can be made via Credit Card, PayPal, Electronic Check & SNAP/EBT.
Your Weekly CSA
By subscribing to a CSA, you are helping to build a more local, equitable, and sustainable agriculture system, one that allows farmers to focus on land stewardship and still maintain a profitable small farm. You are now a partner with the farmer, creating a stable market for their crops while benefiting from local, organic food production.
As a bonus, our vegetable share members can treat themselves to Taproot’s own pasture-raised eggs, offered in full or half dozen weekly shares.
When you join the Taproot Farm CSA as a member you also receive weekly recipes from local chefs, an inside look at what it takes to run a sustainable organic farm in Pennsylvania, and invites to exclusive farm events.
Spring CSA
Salad season here we come!
Enjoy delicate spring salads and hardy greens. Radishes and rhubarb, asparagus, scallions, herbs & potatoes…and we’re hoping for strawberries if they ripen up early!
The season runs from late April through the end of May.
Summer CSA
Enjoy a season filled with fresh, certified organic & locally grown produce.
Summer is the bountiful season for eating locally in Pennsylvania.
From June through October we celebrate sweet summer gems like berries & melons, cucumbers, tomatoes, peppers & greens, winter squashes and hardy roots.

Fall CSA
Soup season here we come!
Enjoy fresh salads, fresh cooking greens, veggies for roasting and squashes for stuffing. Our fall CSA season runs for 5 weeks from the beginning of November through the middle of December.
How to sign up
Simply Order Online!
Open up the registration link, choose your preferred pick up location, order the shares you’d like, and make an online payment. At that time a CSA account will be created.
Payments can be made via SNAP/EBT, Credit Cards, PayPal or Electronic Check.
