Spicy Green Goddess Dressing

Ingredients

Makes 2 cups

¾ cup mayonnaise or aioli

¾ cup sour cream or Greek yogurt

¼ teaspoon kosher salt

¼ cup scallions, chopped

1 jalapeno, finely chopped (remove seeds for less heat)

zest and juice of 1 lime

1 cup cilantro

Method

Add mayonnaise, sour cream, salt, scallions, jalapeno, lime zest and juice and cilantro to a blender or food processor.

Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down sides as needed.

Serve with crisp greens like gem lettuce, radishes, avocado, corn and shredded parmesan for a bright, creamy salad with a little heat.

Makes 2 cups

Store in a jar with a tight fitting lid for up to a week.
